How It Works
For Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officers and Level IV Personal Protection Officers:
- Confirm that your assessment requirements include MMPI and Declaration of Psychological and Emotional Health (Form PSP-13)
- Decide on Basic or Comprehensive
- Click ‘Register Now”
This will take you to the Intake Portal
Provide your name and email. A password for payment and completing documents will be emailed to you. You will then have access to the following:
- Informed consent
- Release of Information (If desired)
- Payment
- History
Once these forms have been completed and submitted
- Basic: a link to the MMPI will be forwarded.
- Comprehensive: the MMPI and a link to book a telehealth interview will be forwarded – Complete the MMPI BEFORE your interview.
2-5 days after completing all tasks, you will receive an email notification with options for how to access your documents. Options include our portal or via email.
